Hi @kingofcali ,
Have you checked that the rotor blades are situated in their correct quadrants?
Here’s an image that shows how to identify the rotor blades and where they should be situated for your drone.

Here’s a link to the ifixit Protocol Dronium 3x Prop Blades Replacement guide that shows how to remove the rotor blades if you need to shift them to the correct position.
