No it is not possible. They are very different.

No. Not unless ypu were going to do quite a bit of moding. For example there is a cutout on the bottom of the board for button style phone vibrator, and corresponding connectors, and several different control connector locations on the top of the mainboard, etc. of course the SIM card would need to be put in the mainboard with some sort of custom carriage when installing. Sounds like a fun mod project, albeit a tad impractical.
