Each version of the phone will have a different model number based on if it is sold by a carrier or unlocked (US or International). Some LG G4's are known to have bootloop problems.

My phone got wet and now has red, black and white vertical lines

So my husband placed my phone on a camp chair and our dog proceeded to spill water on it, I thought I got to it fast enough, dried it off and all was fine until I set it down for about half an hour and when I came back the screen now is red, black and white vertical lines, and it is unresponsive to touch, it powers up just fine, so I have been soaking it whole in rice for two days, with little improvement, so I carefully opened it up separated the mother board from the screen and diditizer and cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, I have placed it back into the rice, I have already orderedba replacement LCD and digitizer, but I am wondering if there is anything else I can do to get the phone to return to normal? I love this phone, my husband told me to get a Samsung like he has, but I didn't want one and love the red leather look on the back of my G4, so any additional help and advice will be gratefully accepted, if I have to I will buy a brand new G4 again, but don't want to if I don't have to.

First off skip the rice. It is absolutely useless. It will not help you fix your phone. All it does it provides a false sense of security. It will not clean your phone, it will not prevent corrosion. check on here Don't Put Your Device in Rice. Here's Why... for more info on that

Second, stop continuing to try to charge, sync or otherwise use your phone. This potentially can make a bad situation worse.

You definitely did right by disassembling it and cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol. Take a careful and close look at all components and connectors. Truly assess the damage. Look for major corrosion, evaluate the pins in the connectors etc,. Take a look at all connectors as well as cable ends. To properly clean your logic board, you will have to remove all the EMI shields. Once you got the gross contamination cleaned, use 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and clean your parts some more. For a proper cleaning, use this guide. It was written for a Apple iPhone 3G but it is still pertinent to your phone as well. I can not stress the importance of a good cleaning enough, so do it over and over while replacing the alcohol after each cleaning. You do not need to leave it to dry for a day. Isopropyl alcohol in the higher concentration will evaporate quickly and dissipate the water. Or you can dry the board in an oven or equivalent at 220deg F (not higher;-) for a few hours. Best way to clean it would of course be through an ultrasonic cleaner. Consider professional help with that. When it is properly cleaned, replace the battery. This is a must and not an option. All these steps are to avoid delayed failure caused by corrosion. Once all this is done, replace the display assembly and reassemble your phone to reevaluate. The importance here is the cleaning. Keep in mind that water damage is the hardest to troubleshoot and to repair. Hopefully your issues will be resolved with the display replacement LG G4 LCD and Digitizer Replacement

Thank You, so I have had some success, I soaked the motherboard in the isopropyl alcohol that I had left, and used qtips for the rest of the components, so I did end up putting it back into the rice since I had already contaninamted it, so I just reassembled it and the touch screen is now responsive, the phone completely works, however the screen still has some vertical lines, I will.go to the store and do the alcohol treatment one more time, there is no evidence of corrosion anywhere on the phone or its components, I already have a digitizer and LCD ordered and on the way, so if the screen doesn't fully recover I will just swap it out.
