Replacing tristar on 6S, knocking resistors off next to it

I can’t seem to replace this chip without knocking off those tiny resistors next to it. They’re so small that it’s almost impossible to pick them up and place them in the right place and i am worried if I use the rework station again I’ll end up knocking tristar chip out of place again. Any suggestions as to how I should approach this would be much appreciated.

When I started doing tristars on the 6s I would bend the shield back, hold the logic board a few millimetres off the bench apply hot air until the chip comes off. It will come off without touching any other component. Put board back in holder touch the pads with leaded solder, place chip on, use low airflow till the flux starts to bubble. Increase airflow.  After chip has finished moving around give it a slight nudge. The more of these you do the easier it will be and you will find you can do it without bending the shield. It is all right to use hot air if you nock any components off around that area as there are no under filled chips underneath.
