What parts of my acer F5 571 39FD I should upgrade to run faster PhotoShop?
For now I have 1000gb hdd, intel core i3-5005U CPU 2.00GHz , Ram 4.00GB

Your best bet would be replace the slow hard drive with an SSD drive.
The Samsung EVO 860 would be my choice

To add to the answer you can also increase the amount of memory as 4gb is on the low side for Win 10
