You didn’t specify which screen was cracked, the digitizer (touchscreen) or the LCD screen.

If you search online for SV98LN lcd screen (or digitizer) (verify that it is the model number of your tablet - look on the back of the tablet or in the Settings Area) you will get results for suppliers of the part.

If you find doing the repair yourself is too daunting a task, contact a reputable, professional electronics repair or mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote to repair the tablet. At least you will already know the retail cost of the parts ;-)
