Will Toyota replace my 2010 visor recall? My visor will not stay up.
My visor will not stay up completely. It flops / hangs down which hinders my full vision when driving.

Unfortunately you may be too late to get the visor replaced by Toyota under their recall plan for the defect.
According to this link it will only be replaced by them, during a 7 year period from the date of first use, which by now has probably elapsed.
Here’s a link to the ifixit Cambio parasole Toyota Camry 2007-2011 guide, which may be of some help in fixing the problem yourself.
