Why does my Toshiba laptop boot multiple times before going off?
When I start my Toshiba laptop (Toshiba Satellite L305-S5875, model no. PSLB0U-067033) it turns itself off and back on multiple times during start up (8 or 9) and goes off. what should I do in a simple step by step way? Thanks all?

What OS is installed in the laptop?
Have you tried starting the laptop in safe mode to check if the problem occurs?
Search online for "(insert OS) safe mode' to find out how to do this.

Try to reboot into safe mode with networking by pressing F1, 0, and F8 and boot into safe mode with networking and check if the issue persists.
