Hi, I'm a trucks gearbox repairman from Iran.a number of kx480 4x2 truck from dong feng company (made in China) in Iran has been used and may require repair services, we need information about zf12AS2540 gearbox, any information such as catalog, manual, movie or photos that help us in better repair.

If you have given them enough time to respond and they haven't then you can either send another email or you may have to phone them and ask if they do provide repair manuals to overseas repairers or if they have an authorized service agent in your country who you could contact.

amir damir ZF12AS2540 is a gearbox that is also used by DAF trucks and other. ZF is a german company ZF Friedrichshafen AG . Going by their usual way of naming things I would assume this is a 12 gear transmission and an AS-tronic. See if this manual helps ZF-AS Tronic mid LkwZF AS Tronic Manual
