How do I fix colored horizontal lines on the left side of my screen?

I have a Samsung 60 inch TV. Today when turning it on I noticed colored vertical lines on only the left side of the screen. These lines show on the tv regardless of the input (even without an input).

I’ve tried giving the TV a few light taps on the back to see if the lines will disappear or go away but I haven’t noticed any change. Here is a video of the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q4vPvtEn...

Does this look like it could be an issue with the T-CON or power supply, or does it unfortunately look like an issue with the LCD panel? Thank you for your help.
