No life after DFU restore?

Hello!

I was hoping someone may be able to help.

I have an iPhone 6s found in a box from an office clearance which is in fairly catastrophic physical condition (cracked display, no apparent signs of life).

iTunes does however detect the phone if you put it into DFU mode, and it seems to restore fine through iTunes.

Once restored however and once iTunes reboots the iPhone it doesn’t detect it again. The phone also doesn’t seem to have any power to it? (I’m limited to what I can see due to the dead display, but the mute switch doesn’t cause the phone to vibrate).

Unplugging the phone and plugging it back in again results in nothing, unless I force the phone back into DFU mode.

Any help would be much appreciated :)

Thanks!

If phone only connects in dfu then you most likely to have a short on one of the nand rails.

You will need to get someone with board level repairs to get this one going.
