How to fix, was stepped on. No outside screen broken. Picture broken up. Corrects when tablet is bent straight. Picture looks like broke glass.

Sounds like LCD damage. If a significant amount of weight is placed on a phone/tablet/TV/laptop screen the screen will “shatter” and look exactly like that. It's time for a new screen.
