Help My laptop won't turn on and the charging light doesn't show!?

Hello, my name is Charlene and i have a Toshiba Satellite C55-B296, and to begin with before my current situation my laptop’s screen would go black and then reboot if you moved it in a certain way. Now this said laptop will not turn on i tried every thing, hold the power button down for 10, 30, & 60 seconds, removing the battery, using F2 & F12 holding ctrl &alt while holding down the windows button, etc. Please someone help me i have only used this laptop for about 2 years before this problem started and my warranty is over so if i go to find the situation it may cost a lot of money that i do not have. Hopeful I can get this problem squared away because I have important documents on this laptop that I never got back . If anyone knows how to help or where to get it fixed for a cheap amount please leave any suggestion it would be helpful, thank you for (trying/ your help) in advanced.
