Hi,
Not sure if this works on a Nextbook.
Try starting the tablet in “safe mode”.
Press the Power button to shutdown the tablet, then press and hold the shutdown or Power off option that appears.
Hopefully an option will appear that asks if you want to start the tablet in safe mode. If there is follow the prompts to restart the tablet.
Once it restarts, (there should be a notice somewhere on the screen that you’re operating in safe mode) check how long it takes to load and also if its’ performance has improved. (not sure whether you mean it it slow to boot up from start or whether it’s just slow when using the internet).
To get out of safe mode simply shutdown the tablet in the normal way
If the tablet’s performance has improved when in safe mode then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one.
You’ll need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one, and test the tablet in normal mode after each uninstall to see if its’ performance issue has been resolved. If it has then the last app uninstalled is the culprit.

I tried it and the options NVR came up its so slow I can bbarly type
I have the same problem, even after a factory reset it is crazy slow. I do not know how the company is alive if all textbooks are like this. The only thing I can think of is rooting / jail breaking it,. I do not care if it gets bricked considering it is pretty much a paper weight as it is.
I will update and let whomever reads this how it goes.
I have to wait a few hours so if anyone can suggest a better idea, I am up for anything reasonable.

I said no because I did this to my computer then it looked up on me when I put it in safe

Has the tablet got an Anti Virus (A/V) app installed at all?
If so try disabling it and check the tablet's boot performance time.
