Can I use NAND flash(HDD) of icloud locked iPhone7?

I have an icloud locked 128GB motherboard of iphone7 and a working 32GB iphone7, is it possible to swap the 128GB NAND flash memory to working phone?

It is technically possible, but it requires extensive work to transplant the chips and reprogram the board data. It is not DIY level operation and not economically feasible unless you plan to open a specialized business for it.

There is no separate hard drive in an iPhone. Everything is integrated into the logic board.

Hey Mayer...I agree that the there is no "hard drive" inside an iPhone but using the term HDD in reference to the iPhone flash memory (NAND) is pretty common usage, even with the suppliers. So in this case, it's kinda lost in translation I guess.

For the OP, as Mayer suggests, there is no hard rive, as in a drive with spinning platters, inside a smartphone. All of the non-volatile memory is contained within a NAND flash memory IC. Technically speaking you can move it from one device to another but it requires advanced micro-soldering skills and an expensive machine to reformat and reprogram the NAND with the proper parameters.
