The phone died after a fall. Does not turn on, no lights, no sound except a clicking noise that disapeared when the power was drained. It does not charge up. I was hoping to replace the logic board to repair it, unless it is something else that needs fixing.

Michael Eastman, I would at first disassemble the phone and see what it really needs. Something may just have come loose. Check your cables, all connections, and replace your battery. Instructions for your phone are right here some parts are available at http://www.alibaba.com/showroom/parts-fo... and http://www.globaldirectparts.com/LG-VX54... as for your logic board, it seems a little more difficult to find and your best bet would probably be ebay.com etc. Hope this helps.
