Why won't the printer turn on?
Every time the I try to turn the printer on it won't.

Make sure the printer is plugged in if it still won’t turn on replace the ac adapter.

This is definitely a power issue, I would say try replacing the power supply. Before doing that this video that I found could help you troubleshoot before you actually go that route.
