It happened one day out of nowhere and there is no picture with it and can't access any menus. It is just black and really dark grey bars running horizontal.

Take the back off and look at the capacitors. Look for swollen and/or leaking ones.

@darrinthehunn horizontal bars usually originate from failed gate drivers. Those are part of your panel and thus very unlikely to be repairable. Post some good images of what your screen shows. Use this guide Aggiungere immagini ad una domanda for that. That way we can see what you see. You also want to let us know if you have audio.

That is what I am trying to find is if a part can fix it because the boards don't cost much I priced them.

@captainsnowball He said "no picture with it and can't access any menus." so what whould you do? Buy a new screen? (you can't) And you can't do anything in settings because you can't see anything on screen.
@darrinthehunn If you have warranty you can try that.
