my rca tablet rct6673w23m is on the android recovery screen, I've followed steps to factory reset and then reboot system but after it "reboots" it returns to the recovery screen. ive watched so many videos and don't know what else to do. my son is freaking out please help us

This may be the result of the volume down button being either stuck or possibly bad. If its bad, it would need to be replaced as its endless clicking internally as the device is powered on. Hope this helped.

None of the buttons are stuck. It wont even light up even with the cord plugged in.
I have the same problem and I don't think its the volume down key that is stuck.. because I am using volume keys to scrol between recovery options and the keys are just working fine.. I think this is a software issue.. the only problem is i have looked for its firmware but have found none
