@noctis not sure what you are referring to when you speak about the many little iron. I wonder if you damaged the coil or magnet. Post some pictures of what you are looking at, that way we can see what you see. Aggiungere immagini ad una domanda
If it is the coil or magnet then the only repair would be a replacement.
