I ran and fell with my phone in hand and is cracked on most of the screen but the bottom right corner is shattered and you can see a little bit of wire and the the gold coloring got shaved down a little and the right half of the screen is black

How much it costs to fix depends on whether you fix it yourself, go to a cheap guy, or go to a reputable shop, or take it to Apple. This sounds like a straightup screen replacement. Shop around.

In the US, Apple charges 129 usd for out of warranty screen repairs. If its anything besides a straight forward screen swap they charge 319 usd. And they require that amount to clear on a credit card.
Locally, I've seen the screen repairs go from 200 to 250 in northern California. We're pretty isolated though, so the prices in somewhere like LA would be cheaper. You'd probably be looking at 125 to 175 in a major city for a quality repair.
