Why is my tablet showing something that is blocking my background

Their is something that looks like the inside of my tablet is broken every since I dropped it on the floor its showing lines on my tablet and I can't even get t into with out the lines in the way.

@shateria going by your scarce description it does sound like you have a broken LCD. Post some images of what you screen looks like with your question. Use this guide for that. This video shows how to replace the LCD
