i replace my MacBook 1502 display assembly and isight camera not work just blinking when i open photo booth , and i check hard were in system report and is detected the camera and i recheck pin connector and its connected perfectly any help please

Most likely an assembly with a faulty camera, try a new one. Camera light usually blinks when it is faulty and trying to activate.
Make sure you have ordered the same assembly for your model. Late 2013-2014 are compatible and 2015 is only compatible with 2015.
If it is none of the above you have blown one of the data lines for the camera, but this is very unlikely.
EDIT: Packaging an original screen will come in. If not in this packaging, will have minor/major defects (rejects from factory) or will be refurbished (3rd party buys lid, screen, bezel, hinges, etc and assembles themselves)

i bought the right one from amazon http://a.co/dDU3DWL and its was new not used
@bassammohammed in that case, it is most likely faulty. Fit your old screen and output the picture to a TV/monitor to test the camera in the old screen. If it is working, it is definitely a fault with the new screen.
FYI, the screen you bought is new, but it is either a reject from the factory which couldn't be used due to a defect, or it was manually assembled by a 3rd party. Brand new original screens will be sealed in the packaging I have updated my question with (exactly the same Apple use).
i hope i can get back the new one but its to hard cause i live in iraq and its take 20 day to get this one thanks for your helping
