Hi the screen comes on but it is white I can see some shapes etc

How can I fix it

@maryannebrilley do you still see a menu clearly? It is possible that this is a bad panel....Remove the back of your TV and check the boards for any obvious damage. Post some images of th boards with your question. use this guide Aggiungere immagini ad una domanda for that. It will allow us to see what you see.
