iPhone 6s camera replace possible?

Hi,

I have an iPhone 6s with a broken camera caused by dropping the phone.

If I buy a cheap, non-functional (e.g., water-damaged) iPhone 6s from eBay, is it possible to take the camera out of the non-functional iPhone and put it in my iPhone?

Yes. I am assuming that this is the rear camera. You can even get the camera here. iPhone 6s Rear Camera

If the lens is all scratched then you will need to go with the other phone route or buy a rear case as well.
