Does anyone know of a list of what version of the Apple Hardware Test go with what systems? I've been able to find some info but not for the iBook G4 series (800-1.2 and
1.33) or the MacBooks. Since some of these disks are available on Ebay I was hoping to get the right one to diagnose some issues.
Apple does have a iso download site but only
earlier versions are there:

I don't think Apple offers these AHT discs for free download but you may call them and ask for a copy.
The AHT version for the iBook G4 12" 1.2ghz and the ibook 14" 1.33ghz is: AHT version 2.2.1, disc version 1.0, 691-5149-A
The AHT version for the iBook G4 12" 1.33ghz is: AHT version 2.5, disc version 1.0, 2Z691-5532-A
