Why is my Zeepad not charging as fast anymore?

Were you charging the tablet into a computer or using the wall charger that was supplied with the tablet?

If you were using the wall charger, the performance of the charger or the battery of the tablet may diminishing. Check the troubleshooting page Zeepad Troubleshooting Page to learn how to diagnose if the charger or the battery is the cause of slow charging.

If you were using a computer or USB charger, first check the performance of the wall charger. If the the wall charger is quicker than by USB, the USB charger is simply not as efficient at charging as the wall charger. Compare the USB charger specs (amperage and voltage) to the wall charger specs and use an equally rated USB charger.
