4 Why is my touchscreen frozen and won’t respond to my touch?
When I try to use the touchscreen it does not respond and the same image is remaining on the screen.

If there is no physical damage done to the screen, then the problem could fall under cable connection, power setting, or a driver issue.
Use the calibration tool, which can realign any strangely behaving areas of the screen.
