cleared cache on gallery app

my sd card does not have enough space and I was told to release storage or change default write disk. There was no facility to default it as it hadn't been launched and my photos did not appear to be on the sd card - just under "all" headings. I cleared the cache and they all disappeared can I get them back.

Also the games started using all my data even though I never use them so I have disabled that app can I uninstall it without causing other problems to other apps
