my phone keeps say Android starting / starting apps for the past 24hrs . I have done everything even master reset and it still doing the same thing . Can you please help me fix this problem . also the problem start right after metro pcs made an update on it

a factory reset from recovery should fix this. If not flash the stock rom. You can factory reset by holding power and volume up or down(depending on device) then selecting wipe data in recovery mode.

Instal Nova launcer from Google play and you get new funkcionalnal fast fon... In my case Alcatel 1c was reborn from "android now starting" on main screen.

sounds like the boot loader has become corrupted and is corrupting the OS on restore, you will most likely need to use a computer and the ADB to redo the boot loader and OS.
