I have to change my volume flex cable and the idiot I ordered parts from didn’t include the metal brackets on the new cable. Is the flex cable glued onto the brackets or screwed?

Hello,
The buttons are glued on that bracket, all the button flex are coming without that metal bracket, you need to use your old one. After taking it apart you unglue the buttons from the bracket and stick the new buttons.
