I upgrade my CPU from 3.06 i3 to 3.6 i5, what´s wrong?

Have you reset the systems NVRAM & SMC? I would start there.
I would also check my systems firmware level: About EFI and SMC firmware updates for Intel-based Mac computers making sure it was at the listed levels or newer.

The replacement CPU: Intel i5-680 (4M Cache, 3.60 GHz)
