Ipod touch 3rd gen water damaged... I replaced digitizer made sure cable was connected, cleaned both sided of the logic board with alcohol. Do I have to clean in between the logic board where the memory is located and underneath the flex cable ends connected to the logic board?

I would clean everywhere. And where ever you can get the alcohol to, get it there and try to use contact cleaner and a toothbrush to get rid of any possible corrosion. Make sure you get all the connectors as well.

Ok after spraying the logic board with Deoxit and Using Dexoit Gold on all contacts that I could find both top and bottom of board. The touch screen still has no function at all, Dead.
