The charge port pin is bent or broken on an RCA tablet
The pin in the charger port is either bent or broken off and RCA Tablet model RCT6103W46 will not charge.

Hi,
Cannot find a video that shows how to open your particular model (RCA Tablet model RCT6103W46) but here is one for a RCT 6203W46 which may be close enough to be helpful in getting yours open.

Once open you should have access to the charging port connector and can see what board connection type and configuration it is so that you can find a replacement part. You will probably need soldering skills and tools to remove / replace the connector.

Try searching the Number you have on Ebay I need one for a RCA Pro 12 it came up with one for the 7 Inch RCA but it looks like it will work and is the same part ( I hope ). You need hot air soldering skills it has 6 thru-hole connections and a SMT pad connection for the shield.
