its Always no Service

Hey, i have friend from canada that come to indonesia last week , she bought iphone 6s in canada , she bought local provider sim card and it has no problem , and suddenly this morning the iphone didnt get any signal , im try to change it with my sim card , still it stay no service , im try her sim card on my phone work normal , so its not the simcard ,, and also im trying to hard reset it , and do restore , still no service

Is there any body had this problem before ? , thankyou

And also im already try to bring it to local apple store in Bali , they didnt want take a risk to cek the hardware
