ok it says to get a 32g sd card for device, so i did, installed it, nothing moves to it when downloaded that normally would. when i searched and searched trying to find where it would be in the app settings, it just is not there, someone please help me, this is so frustrating.

Hi,
Not sure of your tablet but try going to Home > Settings > Apps > swipe across at the top of screen to All, scroll down to the desired app that you installed, tap to enter. If it is shown tap the 'move to SD' option. This should put the app onto the SD card.
Note that not all apps will have this option, it is up to the app developer whether it is there or not. By default apps usually install in the 'internal' memory. Unfortunately you have to manually move them, (if you can)

it doesnt give you that option, so now im trying to figure out wth it even asked for an sd card since theree is literally nothing on it.

If you go to Home > Settings > Storage does it show that you have an SD card there. Maybe by another name. Remove the card and see if the storage info changes. I have a generic tablet that calls it a sd card and a phone that calls it 'phone storage' yet they both call 'internal storage' internal storage. On my phone nearly all of the downloaded apps have a 'move to phone storage' (sd card) option but it is greyed out. except a few where I can select it. the same with my tablet except it is called move to sd card.
p.s. the sd card isn't 'write protected is it? check the lock switch on the card.
