galaxy tab 3 security certificate warnings

My tablet works o.k. except I get a warning that pops up, that says, " There are problems with the security certificate for this site." This is a new warning, which pops up on every website I go to, including facebook, which I visited previously with no problem. It also will not allow me to update.
