Hi,
Have you tried charging it via a USB cable connected to a PC? If it shows that it is now charging, your charger is faulty and should be replaced. Allow the battery to fully charge then try turning it on.
If it does not show that it is charging, try turning it on and see if there is any response from the phone when it is connected to a PC. If there is it may be that either the charging circuit in the phone or the battery is faulty
