Why does my laptop have so many failures in performance?

Due to the suddenly freezing screen problem, which makes me have to forcefully shut the laptop down with the power off button multiple times, I start to run the System Tune-up weekly to see if there is anything wrong. I saw that there are a lot of application failures which have no solutions to be fixed. "Total application failures last month = 8768. Total application failures two months ago = 6990." When I clicked "Fix this issue," it just led me to the maintenance window and the report said that the solutions will be sent after they figured out. But I have been waiting for a while. In addition, through the System Tune-up, I realized that there are always some issues with the disk defragmenter, disk cleaner, and registry defragmenter. After I clicked "Fix this issue," it said that "this issue was already reviewed."

But the next day, I went over the same routine and a lot of issues and failures continued to appear. Nothing have changed.

Is there a way that I can fix them permanently? Do these problems relate to how my laptop perform, which specifically means that it freezes and the only way to shut it down is to use the power off button?
