the battery is full . I pressed the power button but in vain . I cannot enter on the dowenload mode to setup a new room . the problem began when i wiped the cache and set up Stock_QS_Kernel_for_v7.zip

I've seen people use a micro usb module known as a jig which is able to boot the phone into download mode. If you can find one for your device (I've seen them online at many sites) they are used like this:
Turn off your phone and pull out the battery.
Put the battery back and don’t turn it on.
Plug the module into the micro USB port on the phone.
After about 2 seconds, you can see the yellow download mode logo on the screen.
Unplug the module.
Connect your phone with USB cable to computer and then flash your phone via the program “odin”.
Its the easiest method I know of and the jig is usually pretty cheap.
