Camera flash doesn't work?

I have my flash setting turned to "on" instead of "automatic", and I've restarted my phone multiple times, but I still don't get a flash when I take a picture. What's causing this?

The camera flash on your device seems to be malfunctioning. Try replacing this component.

I have the same problem

and I replaced this component then didn't work

I guess the factory reset or software may It help

what do you thing ??
