i have a broken camera lens for my samsung galaxy s5 active. i looked everywhere for a lens for the active and i can only find parts for the normal s5. will a s5 lens fit an s5 active camera?

I did the same thing and you can remove just the outer lens and not tear up the phone. I bought the one for the s5 (not the active) and the metal square doesnt fit but I went ahead and put the lens on and put the original metal cover back on.... granted its not waterproof... but i also broke the charging port cover months ago so it hasnt been water proof in ages.. if you need it fixed itll work is all im saying... and I paid 1.54$ for the replacement for my phone... it was from china i ordered last week and it came today.. no shipping.... for a temp fix i would go this route (i did!!)

You have to replace the entire midframe as it is built into it.

it is a separate piece but no one makes a replacement part
Try a Galaxy S5 Active parts phone on eBay. Perhaps a Galaxy S5 Sport camera would work from an eBay parts phone.

Hi Chad,
Unfortunately I don't think these lenses are interchangeable. On the Amazon page for the part, it looks like it only applies to G900A G900T G900V G900P Models. All Active and Sport models are G860 or G870. I would recommend contacting Samsung directly and asking for a replacement.

Probably too late for ya ' I just got my S5 Active , but anyway , if your talking about the outer camera lens it's part of the rear housing , I found one here -> http://www.globaldirectparts.com/OEM-Sam...

Hey Chad I tried to answer and direct you to a place where I found parts but it was flagged because of the link , anyway the part of the camera your talking about is part of the rear housing , try Global Direct parts , good luck .

This is probably way too late in the running, but for future reference I found the bezel and lens separate for $5.93 at SSTparts.com. Hopefully this helps some people out :)

Are parts off a galaxys4 and galaxys5 active parts interchangeable or any galaxy.

I have a S5 Active for sale for parts. It was dropped or hit or something, I can't get a truthful answer as to what happened to it but it's for sale $50 plus the replacement glass.
