control locked is on
My washing machine has the control locked turned on and I can't turn it off to use the machine??

tia, you can try an unplug it for 15 minutes and see if that clears it. If not then the normal procedure is to hold down the "end of cycle signal" (drain/spin)button for 3 to 5 seconds. The only other thing I could see is that the control interface has failed and has a stuck or shortened keypad. Give it a try and let us know. Hope this helps, good luck.
