I installed the new iphone 4 screen after receiving the new one from you...after I powered up the phone..I can hear the phone turn on but the screen isn't working.

Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 10 seconds until the iPhone begins to restart itself. If still problem, check your work. Make sure the LCD connector is perfectly connected to the logic board. This one tends to pop OFF with a new screen, make sure it is secure down and correctly fastened. Screen could be faulty and a new one is needed.
