Hello,
I have an iPhone 5S and after I sent it to a screen repair I have an issue that every time someone calls me I can't hear my ringtone. But when I press on the Settings to hear my ringtone it works well.
What should I do?

As you can still hear your ringtone via Settings that proves that your speaker is working fine
Did you try to reconfigure your ringtone? Did you go to ringtone management and chose a ringtone ? Or what did you do so far ?
Try to clean the charging contacts with some 60% ethanol (alcohol) and cotton, which has 90% chances of solving your problem

Yes, I tried changing ringtones and using custom ringtones but nothing worked. I even tried restoring it.
What do you mean cleaning the charing contacts? Does it require from me to open the cell phone?
No, all you need to do is to clean out where the charging cable is plugged in with alcohol, you don't need to take the phone apart. Something (dirt, etc) could be shorting out some contacts there that could make the iPhone think it is docked and to play the ringer sounds to the dock speakers.
Oh okay, how do you suggest me to clean it? I mean its very small how do I insert there anything?
