My iphone 4 GSM battery needs to be changed. Is the one sold in your website a original made new product by Apple instead of a renovated one? If so, can it be used in a iphone 4 for China market?

I don't think ifix will sell you low quality parts , most of them are original , they deliver to most countries otherwise they will notify you

Try to contact iFix costumer support , I'm pretty sure they have better answer then me , good luck
The battery should be identical. There would be no point for Apple to change it. They would not redesign the phone for one country. it doesn't make sense.
Besides that, I've taken apart iPhones from different countries before, and they were always the same.
