Replacing digitizer and lcd will fix my phone?

My iphone turns on, connects to 3g and wifi(receives notifications), and is working completely normally except my touch screen won't work and there are a few black spots and stripes on my screen. Will replacing the front assembly(the digitizer and lcd) fix my phone?

Rohma, just based on your description, it does sound like a bad LCD and a bad digitizer. Yes, a replacement of the front assembly should fix it. Hope this helps, good luck.
