I will wish to replace all the thermal pads of my PlayStation 3 (Model CECHC04), as described in step 49 of the guide ( Riparazione Yellow Light of Death ).

In the guide, they are defined under the names of "large square pads", "small square pads" and "small rectangular pads."

In fact, what is the type of material (eg polymer), the dimensions and the thickness of the pads, their thermal conductivity (eg until 1W/mK or until 5W/mK?), their adhesion (eg min. 16N/25mm), they are electrically non-conductive (ROHS)?, ...
