Shipping Policy – UK Store
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on the iFixit UK store and delivered within the United Kingdom
Where we ship from
Orders placed on the iFixit UK store are shipped from our warehouse in Stuttgart, Germany.
Order processing time
Most in stock orders are prepared and shipped within 1 business day.
Orders placed on business days generally begin processing within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays begin processing the next business day.
During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be longer.
Shipping locations
We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.
Orders placed in Pounds Sterling (£) are accepted for delivery within the UK only. Orders for delivery outside the UK must be placed through the appropriate regional store.

Shipping options and delivery estimates
Available shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, inspections, or other factors outside of our control.

Free standard delivery
Free standard delivery is available on most orders with a value of £65.00 or more.
If your order includes a rechargeable battery, free standard delivery is available only to the UK Mainland due to legal transport regulations.

Batteries and regulated items
Some products, including rechargeable batteries and other regulated items, are subject to shipping restrictions.
These restrictions may limit eligible destinations, available shipping methods, or delivery speeds. If your order contains a restricted item, available shipping options will be shown during checkout. In some cases, our support team may contact you if changes are required before shipment.
Shipping costs
Standard delivery within the United Kingdom is provided via UPS Standard.
Estimated delivery time: approximately 1–4 working days after dispatch.
UPS cannot deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).
Customs, duties, and import fees
Orders shipped within the United Kingdom are delivered on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Applicable import VAT, customs duties, and standard brokerage fees are included in your order total. You should not be charged additional import fees upon delivery.
Tracking information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 1–2 business days to appear after a shipping label is created.
Incorrect address or failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the order will be processed as a return once received. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and carrier return fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
If a shipment is refused by the customer in order to exercise the UK right to cancel, refunds will be processed in accordance with our UK Refund and Return Policy.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact iFixit Support so we can assist with next steps.
We may request documentation such as photos of damage, packaging, or delivery details to help resolve the issue.
If tracking shows the order was delivered but the package is reported missing, we will investigate with the carrier and may require additional verification before we can resolve the claim. Where appropriate, a replacement may be offered. A resolution will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
