Upgrading Memory

Introduzione

The Brother HL-5240 printer comes standard with 16 megabytes of memory. The following steps can be followed to add more memory. Up to 528 MB of ram can be added.

    • Flip the power switch to the off position by pressing the side of the button with an "O" symbol.

    • Unplug the printer's cord from the wall socket.

    • Locate the small removable panel on the left side of the printer.

    • Press the tab at the top of the panel.

    • Pull the panel open.
